CLEANING CHEMICALS MANUFACTURED BY PHILKLEEN INDUSTRIES CORPORATION

1. AIR FRESHENER- this is primarily used to freshen or deodorize the area being cleaned. Scent available are lemon, apple, strawberry, and kalamansi.
2.ALL PURPOSE CLEANER- this product is used for cleaning walls, wash out floors, tiles, and other hard surfaces.
3.BUFFABLE WAX- this is an emulsion wax which needs polishing after application. Better results can be achieved thru 2-3 coatings.
4.CARPET & UPHOLSTERY SHAMPOO- used primarily for carpets, sofa, chairs, bed and other fabric materials. Scented with lemon, apple and strawberry oil. This is highly concentrated and can be diluted according to specific needs. Contains chemicals to disinfect, deodorize and sanitize the above mentioned items.
5.CLOG OPENER – this product is used to unclog sinks, toilet bowls and other areas. This is alkaline based.
6.DISHWASHING LIQUID- lemon or apple scented with high powered cleaning agent to remove oils and dirts on dishes.
7.FURNITURE POLISH- this cleaning agent has the power to clean and shine furnitures
8.GLASS CLEANER- this ammoniated glass cleaner is highly recommended for hard stained window or door glass.
9.LIQUID HAND SOAP- comes in three variants- apple, lemon, strawberry. Highy concentrated to ensure foamy effect.
10.MOSAIC CLEANER- used to clean hard stain floors and walls
11.NON-BUFFABLE WAX- good for all types of floor- vinyl, wood, cement, marble. This product is highly guaranteed for practical floor maintenance. Once applied on any hard floors, it produces automatic shine, thus you don’t have to polish your floors to become glossy or shiny.
12.Tile Cleaner- highly recommended for all types of floor and wall tiles.
13.Toilet Bowl Cleaner- pine scent cleaner to effectively sanitize, disinfect and deodorize toilet bowl .
14.Wax Stripper- this highly concentrated chemical can remove old wax from the floor as well as make it clean and white. It brings back the floor to its original condition.

     Philkleen Services was established in 1988 as a Sole Proprietorship organization by Civic Leader Wilfredo "Willy" Paz Andrade (BSC-LLB/Adamson University) specializing in Home and Office Cleaning Services. At first, the cleaning services was offered to homeowners living in the posh subdivisions and villages in Metro Manila. Eventually, the business expanded it's operation to include office premises. As the cleaning business was growing, the marketing and sales departments were created to handle products like the janitorial supplies and equipment, termite treatment/pest control services and equipment and home & office interior improvement products. On March 1997, Philkleen Services has been incorporated carrying the same name "Philkleen" a name that spells out vision of adopting the global standards of cleanliness for the Philippines. Now, Philkleen Industries Corporation has a mission to provide an internationally competitive quality products and services to its customers with the firm commitment of guaranteed satisfaction. As of the present, the Philkleen Industries Corporation has created different divisions to carry out it's mission and ensure that the focus on specialization is still maintained. Home and Office Cleaning Divisions now operate independently from Commercial and Industrial Cleaning Divisions using appropriately designed cleaning equipment to do specific job requirements. The Marketing and Sales Departments now have the Cleaning Supplies and Improvement Product Divisions that both carry wide range of product lines. The manufacturing plant located in Las Pinas City is headed by Mrs. Raquel T. Andrade who is an Industrial Engineer from Adamson University. She also manages the Finance and Administration Department.
