     Ako si CHITA G. ALIM  a.k.a LILIBETH, nasa hustong gulang ay nagbibigay nang AUTHORIZATION at karapatan kay NANCY ALIM na humarap sa barangay at sa alin mang opisina nang gobyerno upang habulin si MARIBEL R. CORTEL upang bawiin ang lupa na aking inuutos sa kanya na bilhin sa aking pangalan at upang kunin din ang mga alahas ko na ipinatago ko sa kanya at singilin ko rin ang lahat na perang nakuha at natanggap sa akin ni MARIBEL R. CORTEL.

     That I, CHITA G. ALIM a.k.a LILIBETH, of legal age, single and Filipino citizen, do hereby name, constitute and appoint my sister in law, NANCY ALIM, of legal age and resident also of Barrio San Bonifacio, San Manuel, Pangasinan, to be my true and lawful attorney-in-fact, for me and in my name, place and stead, to do and perform the following special powers, to wit:

1. To claim and receive all receivables I am seeking from MARIBEL R. CORTEL or any and all persons who have obligations to me and / or against those who defrauded me;

2. To file a case or complaint against said persons in order to recover and receive all of my receivables and money or property due to me;

3. To enter into a compromise agreement or settlement as may be necessary;

4. To sign and execute any kind of document or legal papers including Certification and Verification necessary to implement this authorization.

     HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said attorney-in-fact full power and authority to do and perform any and every act and thing whatsoever requisite, necessary or proper to be done in and about the premises as fully to all intents and purpose as I might or could do if personally present and acting in person; and HEREBY RATIFYING AND CONFIRMING all that my said attorney-in-fact shall lawfully do and cause to be done under by virtue of these presents.
