The appeal filed by ALO... was DENIED by NLRC.
I am expecting that ALO... will still file a Motion for Reconsideration within ten (10) days to question the denial of their appeal.
In case ALO.. fails to file a Motion for Reconsideration, I will file a Motion for Execution to request NLRC to distribute the money that ALO... deposited with the NLRC Cashier's office, and individual check will be released to each complainants.
