At MECTAP, we ensure that we are sending you high quality factory workers of your requirements. We screen them and select only those who are very well versed in their respective technical skills.
We undergo them into series of tests, which is observed by some technical experts on their respective fields. We also send them into some trainings / seminars to ensure that they are well updated into modern techniques & principles. Sample of which are electricians, sewers, welders, operators, encoders, inspectors, assemblers, and others.
